Oscar Diaz

As a member of the undergraduate chapter of the American Medical Student Association at the University of Kentucky, I serve as chair member of student health and wellness. I aid in establishing effective self-care practices for Pre-Med students inside and outside of the classroom. Activities include organizing chapter meetings with clinical psychologists discussing the importance of mental health as well as organizing chapter volunteer events at local organizations. I enjoy planning events that better not only my community, but also myself in all aspects and have immense gratitude for being able to do so.
