Casambi Technologies OY are a Bluetooth based, Wireless lighting controls solution, the fastest growing wireless lighting controls system in the market place! The Casambi system offers the same and in some cases more functionality than DALI Wired systems, these include Full Colour control (DT8), Tunable White control (DT6), Circadian cycle, Daylight dimming, Grouping, Scene setting etc. as standard. Our installation practices are far simpler than DALI and can be much more cost effective, removing the need for running DALI lines and having no head end thereby saving on containment and cabling. Casambi was founded in 2011 by Timo Pakkala and Elena Lehtimäki with the belief that smartphone and wireless technologies can fundamentally change what we do and how we do it within the Lighting controls industry. The system is intuitive. When connecting for the first time nodes are automatically pairing. The system can be used and modified by anyone with a smartphone or tablet and no commissioning experts are needed. Following a restructure of our business, the territiries and accounts have changed slighlty but the role is still to manage our Key Electrical Contractors within central London, these accounts include Phoenix, MJ Lonsdale, NG Bailey, Imtech, T Clarke, Dornan Engineering, Mercury Engineering, Skanska, Daletech, Mace, ISG, Structuretone and Cilantro Engineering. Within these contractor accounts I am responsible for managing all Schneider related enquiries from BMS, EMS and SCADA to Transformers, (Cast Resin and Oil filled) LV Switch Panels, Distribution boards, consumer units and Wiring accessories. I also manage the HV/MV equipment portfolio, Busbar up to 6300a and Containment, tied into a fair few of our project enquiries we also have the oportunity to quote our UPS (APC) systems, Chillers and CRAC's & CRAH's. As you can see, We offer a phenominal range of products but also services too. My role is to; - Arrange formal Quotations - Offer technical support either by way of Phone or Face to Face - Negotiate on project packages looking at the wider picture offering cost savings and single point supply - Site Visits and Surveys - Project team meetings - Coordinating and working with our external supply chain - Project Planning - Product Training - Working with our consultant partners on Design - Essentially be everything Schnieder! Its a challenging role but also rewarding too. Schneider is most clearly the UK's market leader for Electrical Distribution equipment offering the most comprehensive range of all UK manufacturers but we also own several businesses outside of this market including CCTV, Fire and Security, and Package DataCenters to name but a few, all of these area's still fall within my sales product portfolio to my allocated accounts.
