- drove the development of focus groups to assist in understanding trends at the consumer and healthcare level - help to support the KOL and Stakeholder engagement program in accordance with the overall strategic brand plans - contribute to the development, attend and present at appropriate meetings (advisory board meetings, investigator meetings, KOL meetings, CME, LEO meetings, etc.) - provide scientific and clinical information based on the most up-to-date research - support healthcare professionals in understanding the practical application of therapies through peer-to-peer consultation - provide herbal thought leadership from a medical perspective - review promotional materials and regulatory documents for medical accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations - identify, consume, and communicate newly published herbal data and studies as available and appropriate - make scientific and clinical presentations to customers / stakeholders, either by request or proactively as part of a broader medical education strategy
