Also I had the great opportunity to become the project leader to build the new production and HQ site in Lurin, Peru.
As a Head of Business Unit Textile Chemicals Peru a had the opportunity to lead a great team generating more than $8 mio USD/year sales with an outstanding Profot and EBITDA. Additional to this functions I was the country project leader during the spin off from Clariant to Archroma.
I lead the technical team collaborating very close with the sales manager to achieve the yearly sales plans.
I return to Clariant in 2002 to become a product manager for an specific dyestuff range and chemicals; trough the years I became also responsible for an specific customers and sales plans.
