The Strategic Operations team stewards BIGC’s aggressive growth and expansion goals through investment business cases and operational frameworks to ensure that we are deploying energy and resources that maximize revenue and operating leverage inter-departmentally. With a constant focus on BIGC’s competitive position and unlocking revenue, we prioritize a combination of near- and long-term projects as well as post-merger integration activities that are highly complex and cross-functional in nature. Our end-to-end role in strategy development and execution involves everything from analysis and planning through implementation and continuous improvement. The Analytics and Data Solutions teams create operating leverage for BIGC by accurately automating otherwise manual tasks for consistent KPIs, metrics, and data insights while maintaining a single-source of truth in data and vocabulary across the company. This team fuels strategic growth initiatives by ideating and creating the core reporting capabilities to measure growth, generate insights, and track control mechanisms through data. We design solutions that are technically efficient, repeatable, scalable, easy to maintain and able to adapt as BIGC’s strategy expands. The Automation & Technology team plays a crucial role in giving Marketing the ability to both execute and measure campaigns flawlessly while consistently improving the lead handoff at each stage. We are the cross-functional liaison between Revenue Operations, Strategic Operations, and the broader Marketing team to consult, build, and execute Marketing driven activity. We drive best practices in process system maintenance, reporting and campaign optimization.
