Functions: - Reporting to the CEO and Member of the Executive Board - Director of the subsidiary Hifas da Terra Ltd. in the UK with a team of four people - Leadership, development and execution of a digital, scalable, innovative and global HdT business model , which integrates strategic leaver related to areas of business development, sales, marketing and education, and which aim at global business growth, increase in customers and sales increase: o Responsible for the development of a Global CRM project o Responsible for the digitalization project of the prescription of B2P client o Responsible for E-learning project as a platform for educational resources - Leadership in definition and execution of the strategy for the introduction of HdT in global markets such as USA (through own subsidiary) and through distributors in Russia, The Netherlands, Denmark, Romania, Baltic Countries, etc Achievements: - Annual double-digit growth in global markets - Sales growth of the HdT subsidiary in the UK by eight in two years 2018-2020
