General duties as lead designer and senior purchasing agent was to analyze the over all budget, schedule sub-contractors and oversee their work, estimating and keeping the project on time. Designing and Manufacturing of Custom Furniture and coordinate delivery and setup. As a Wholesale Purchasing Agent we coordinate deals with furniture and/or lighting, accessories, etc related to the industry on a direct basis. This can also be done with any type of construction materials.

Coordinate staff meetings with Tony Robbins staff to procure list of items that they required for the Namale Resort Hotel. Customized items for the project and handled all of the shipping and logistics for overseas export/import with Fiji Government to delivery and set up of furniture, pool table and various items. Developt a cost and savings accounting system in order to project overall savings per fiscal year. One example; original cost of Pool Table from existing design firm $10,300. Our direct cost $3,200. Neither of these quotes included freight. All shipping was via container.

Complete design of the whole Project. This was a spec build that was in dire need of staging and our company devised a complete turn-key furniture package that included custom designed furniture in order to make our dead line for Xmas Rental Income ( which paid for the design package in two weeks ) and was sold again for double to the new buyer immediately after we staged it.
