Have responsibility for overall management of the project which includes: Agriculture, Livelihoods and value chain, Education, Health, Infrastructure, Panchayat Raj Institutions, and WASH ( Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) ,efficient management of financial resources; review and approval of project budgets and monitoring expenditures; supervision of field operations; procurement; supervision of monitoring and evaluation; and ensuring quality control and timeliness of all deliverables as required. Oversees performance management of all staff working in HCL Foundation (Project Samuday) programs economic growth, governance and reconstruction portfolio including programs that focus on public and fiscal policy, value chain development, alternative development and finance, agribusiness and private sector development. Key Responsibilities Leadership and coordination of program planning and management; coordination of programmatic themes and in charge of the following: Empowerment and Community Development and community as a whole to ensure End-to-End Solutions. Developing source code Developing innovative climate-resilient technologies .Facilitate market driven linkages between agribusiness producers, wholesalers, processors, and markets Monitor performance of the project management team to ensure all milestones set in the annual work plan are met, develop mitigation plans to reduce risks and take corrective actions to remedy any deviation from the work plans; Participate in the review of policies, strategies, procedure and guidelines for organization’s intervention in the agricultural & value chain development sector and related activities. Assist in the creation of platforms, networks and partnerships relevant to agricultureagri-business and other sectors based on cutting edge technologies
