Serving as an APC (M&E) in Technical Support Agency (TSA) for DDU-GKY & Roshani (Skill Development Programs) under Ministry of Rural Development, Monitor and evaluate the implementation of project by projects implementation agencies (PIA) in Uttar Pradesh. • Project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) under the Standard Operating Procedures from the inception of the project to closure. • Audit of DDUGKY Program implementing by PIAs in Uttar Pradesh as per Standard Operating Procedures guideline of Ministry of Rural Development (Govt. of India) • Audit involves from quality check of Project Proposals, Screening, Sanction of the Project, Project Commencement Order, Project Execution readiness, Due Diligence of training center to start the training, regular and surprise Inspections of ongoing training, Monitoring of the project on MRIGS (Monitoring & Regulations for Improved Governance of Skill Development), verification of On the Job training, Physical verification of Placed Candidates, Issuing advisories, action against default proceeding, issuing of Yellow and Red Alerts, release of installment on the basis of work achievement of PIAs. • Conduct training sessions on SOP and notifications issued by MoRD to PIA officials to maintain the quality of training and placement of candidates. • Installment release of PIAs as per target achieved as per SOP / guidelines of the program • Monitoring of FPOs, RKVY, CAMPA and ODOP Programs in Uttar Pradesh. • Liaison with Govt. – Revenue, Local Bodies , NABARD, Animal Husbandry Deportment, National Programme for Dairy Development (NPDD) and SHG Federations etc. | Building relationship with PRI, Block Officials, Farmers and Dairy producers. | Planning and implementation of Community Development & Community engagement programs. | Encouraging Women in targeted areas on Dairy Development, Increasing of milk production and Cattle Management.

• Responsible for CSR activities in 22 villages of ACC cement and mines vicinity in Katni district of Madhya Pradesh. Develop strategic plan to implement 100% CSR calendar. Liaising with Govt. departments at district and state level agencies, Strengthening PRI body, and community level institutions • Conduct field visits for on-going programs to monitor and review progress, resolve implementation challenges, initiate course corrections where required, identify, and mitigate risks thereby ensuring effective program execution • Organize/engage monthly & quarterly review meetings with PRI, Stakeholders and Village level Govt. Institutions to review the progress, Conflict management and incorporate inputs for further roadmap and long term village development plan. • Budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. Preparation of Periodic qualitative and quantitative reports. Submission of Monthly MIS and Progress reports, Preparation of Monthly newsletters and publishing • Capacitate to FIGs, SHGs towards federation and FPOs - Worked on institutional development and capacity building of marginal farmers and women of Poor household for their sustainable livelihood activities. • Planning and implementation of watershed development through feasibility study, designed structures to improve ground water, conservations of natural resources and institutional bottom-up approach for judicious use of water in irrigation and drinking supply. • Group saving of Joint liability, design business portfolio of SHGs for loaning, handholding support in businesses. • Developed and implemented LEDP Program for 300 women of SHGs federation with close monitoring of NABARD. • Database management of inputs and outputs in agriculture production & analysis of plant growth and fruiting. • Develop content for training and organize workshops of farmers on IAP and new agriculture technology to improve quality production of farm commodities, agri-business development. • Govt Convergence

Watershed and Agri Allied Project Management with community level Istitutional development where women Farmers and labor may can think and perform of thier sustainable livelihood with the same time minimize input costs in Agriculture for doubling the income of farmers while maintaining the soil composition through soil and moisture conservation.

• Apply PRA and develop DPR on Sustainable agriculture program at village level. Project Planning and resource mapping. • Applied watershed development program practices like contour Bund, Bench Terracing, Check Dam, Percolation Pond, Stone barriers and sock pit for soil and moisture conservation and ground water recharging. • Implemented sustainable agriculture practices with women and farmers through soil and moisture conservations and advance technology interventions. • Developed Farmers Field School, Mahila Mangal Dal and Custom Hiring Centre for dissemination of all sustainable agricultural practices at village, block and district level. • Applied innovative agriculture technology practices to increase the productivity while minimizing input cost and time. • Report to donors on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis develop case studies of Innovate Practices. • Undertake monthly field visit to validate the reports and monitor the field progress. | Provide technical assistance to ground force. | Submission of Progress, MIS and Bimonthly reports to NABARD. • Strengthening the watershed committees / PFAs for effective functioning. | Quality control/field visits.

Managing Agriculture and Allied base livelihood program in Nearby villages of ACC Limited Kymore Cements works. Team Management, Project Planning, Implementation, Project analysis and outreach of ACC limited by dissemination of good practices in Print Media, local channels,Govt. Department and nearby society. Water and Environmental conservation practices and literacy program at villages level so that greenery must be enhanced. resulted towards community would be more careful for our natural resources.
