New Devlopment New lines concept & development Job Profile - • Overall planning of Product & Process Development for new products / projects • Equipment planning for new programmed including the plan layout. • During machine building consider the safety, ergonomic & easy part movement. • Based on the part requirement need to finalized the machine specification & prepare the RFQ for quotations. • Development of tooling like Blow tool /INJECTION MOULDS, JIGS & FIXTURES and SPM’s & Assy. line for part assy. • Development of new vendors, upgrade the existing vendors & follow up for machine building- attended the technical meeting e.g. kick off , 3D- design review, manufacturing review, PAT – pre acceptance review at supplier end, FAT – Final acceptance at plant level • Internal run rate & calculated the PPM, scrap & OEE & need to find out the further improvements points • Need to work out on internal PPM & make the action plan as well follow up to reduced the PPM & need to put the good control on line. • Setting of the target cost of the product & process and formulation of VA/ VE Ideas to achieve the same • Costing , budgeting and negotiation activities involved during development with Vendors • Process planning, and development of PFMEA , Control plans work instructions, standard operating procedures, etc & activities related to productivity improvements. • Analysis of problems and implementation of corrective & preventative countermeasures for problems faced during development of parts / tools. • Process & layout planning, installation and finalization (including line balancing) as per product requirements. • Responsible for introducing new technologies.

Delivery follows up till machine installation. o Automation in terms of the part picking as well welding process o Latest technology like Steam molding, 2D/3D blow molding, Gas assist and some how water molding. o Single flow in assembly lines like – all secondary function with in line and part directly send to the finish good store . • New Moulds Trails, new tool trials like ultrasonic, Injection as well as blow molds. • Capacity planning for new business for all MATE plants, based on capacity planning need to make the plan for new machines as well if possible make the plan for internal shifting with in group.

Handsome experience on the machinery like L&T, Sigma and Omega series, YSSB, Toshiba, KM etc. • For successful 3rd party certification of ISO/TS 16949:2002 . Recognized as the Champion of “Kaizen”. Conducted Internal Auditing of various function / activities to ensure effective implementation of TS-16949 requirements.
