Astittva Welfare Foundation is Currently working with 6000+ Rural students in Gujarat, UP and Bihar . Our Prime focus is on developing 21st century skills among our participants . We use Sports, Dance, Drama, Story telling and Creativity. To make better future for all of us ,we keep carrying Environmental awareness program in schools and villages . We carry plantation year on year basis with 3000 to 5000 saplings and ensure survival rate of over 85%. To strengthen the rural economy and improve farmers conditions we are actively engaged with tribal farmers and promoting sustainable farming and fisheries . Astittva is section 8 Not for-profit company that uses long distance cycling to spread awareness and motivate people to be action oriented in the field of Education, Health, Livelihood and Entrepreneurship. The Events by Astittva Welfare Foundation will specifically benefit all strata of the society including Rural population, Women and Students at schools & college The Initiative is named as #paddlethechange and is headed by Pankaj Mall a Management Coach, Trainer and Motivator. Astittva is accelerating work and projects to achieve their mission by bringing Eco- Holistic approach in life and education. Develop Skilled Manpower and Create Jobs by Promoting Entrepreneurship. Inception : Astittiva is the initiative to bring the change in peoples life and society through various programs. Astittva was conceptualized with the Journey of Pankaj Mall for 4600 Km solo cycling traversing Kargil to Kanyakumari and Pankaj Mall our founder has cycled over 22000 km covering major states and districts in india.
