We are the largest European Insurance Telematics Service Provider for black boxes installed and managed, as well as being the Telematics Service Provider of the Unipol Group, the leading Italian insurance group, of which we are part and of which we are the Competence Center for technologies and telematic services. We reached more than 4 million black boxes installed. As purchasing manager, I'm leading the overall planning and execution of all procurement activities and inventory management, and ensure appropriate alignment between suppliers, fulfillment vendors and internal fulfillment team. Align overall strategy for new product development work and ensure clear communication of material/design requirements, schedule and project deliverables to supplier networks. Responsible for the overall sourcing strategy for telematics, contributing to the device’s commercial success as well as optimization and technological improvements over time. Foster collaboration with our external preferred supplier networks to leverage their innovation capabilities, transforming ideas into commercial solutions. Manage telematics vendor relationships, including RFQ, contract negotiation, pricing, and monitoring (SLA and KPI) Manage services supplier like call center and SOC (security operation center), logistics (warehouse and shipment to the end user), telematics platform (device layer, service layer), installers network. Own and execute on commercial aspects of supplier qualification and supplier development in close collaboration with R&D and cross-functional operations teams such as customer experience, business development and IT.

​In charge of project procurement of all components (mechanical and electronic) used on BLDC motor. Working with engineering during each stage of the program: from prototypes to the Design Validation and Process Validation, defining the BOM and managing the procurement of components for each stage. Definition of the BOM and sourcing of new components: RFQ, technical evaluation, timing, tooling contract, PO. Pricing the BOM, mechanical and electronic components and sharing with program management and finance dept. the result. Sharing of all information (specs, design changes...) from engineering center to the production location: China and Mexico mainly. Working together with commodity organization sharing the components selection and suppliers strategy.

Buyer of electronic parts of HVAC system: PCBA, electronic control unit, blower regulator, blower switch and sensors. Specs definition working with R&D, RFQ issuing, offers analysis, timing, definition of the frame conditions (delivery terms, payment terms…), supplier selection. Project management of all components of the HVAC system (electronics, mechanics, esthetic parts, valves, electric motors, harnesses, filters…) collecting all the required info from the buyers in charge for their commodities and providing to the management the program’s status: timing in line with milestones, prices aligned to targets, suppliers selection. Issuing PO for proto phase, tooling and mass production.

In charge of "advance purchasing" for Magneti Marelli telematics business products aimed for tracking vehicle by GPS position, emergency call, tolling system. The activity consists mainly in managing the suppliers of electronic components involved in the projects. The timeline of this activity starts from the definition of the specs of the product up to the "start of production" at the plant. The purpose of the activity is to obtain the best compromise between price, the goodness of the technical solution and the quality of supply. This job is strictly linked with quality and logistic subjects.

Consultant at Selex Galileo hardware department in charge for testing and validation of PCBA. Looking for bugs and failures of the boards and finding technical solutions to fix the issue.

Stagiaire at Setel (Druento, Turin) as developer of VHDL code for Xilinx FPGA devices.
