Crestron worldwide announced one year an half ago a new line of products for a SaaS UC/AV collaboration in partnership with Microsoft and Zoom. I was hired and I report directly to the CEO, thanks to the fact that he knew me for my exercising and pronounced focus in successfully driving business activities exceeding goals. Since joining Crestron’s, I have realigned the sales organization to provide a great focus and attention on key growth area. I have created a new sales team of specialists on UC/AV and Cyber Security to collaborate with the existing Crestron Enterprise Sales team. A key focus has been driving collaboration with all channels customers we have in EMEA to develop viable solutions to work in a B2B environment. This challenge involved working with senior management levels internally and externally with our key customers to reinvent a go-to-market strategies to be successful. The EMEA theater exceeded the FY18 plan during one of the most difficult financial times ever experienced, and thanking to my new realignment, and lead collaboration with my personal contacts in the top management at Microsoft and Zoom and leveraging a market leadership position with our key channels, I exceeded in just three months, more then 10M€ in sales far exceeding the target of the quarter and total FY19 with a triple digit growth revenues. I have also under my responsibilities working with Product Business Dept. on go to market strategies for EMEA market. Working with Marketing Dept. to drive change in the network categories and be recognized as one of the leader UC/AV vendors. Working with R&D and customers on emerging technology product in early stages, in order to identify trends and capturing markets in transition to drive sales growth. Moving from sales in to sales out compensation model with our channel helping them to penetrate their local markets where possible thanks to our personal contacts and open doors in large top Fortune Companies to win new big projects.
