Year 2015 did Flexenclosure decide that it would streamline the company's various product organizations with the view to getting a leaner material flow from orders to finished, delivered project and to improve the delivery to customers and the actual installation on each market. My responsibility there was to lead the new organization towards the company's new goals and vision.
One of Flexenclosur's biggest projects was to build the Telecom network in Myanmar. My responsibility there was to build the local organization in the country and to lead the actual installation work of our equipment on site in Myanmar. The organization consisted of a total of about 150 people, the majority of whom were hired local staff.
Flexenclosure’s vision with my assignment was to build a purchasing structure and a purchasing department, including routines and processes that enabled us to get a more competitive structure of our products to the market and to move purchases to regions specialized for each product area.
IAC established a new production plant in the Gothenburg area, Torslanda. The purpose of the establishment was to offer customers in Gothenburg Just in Time deliveries. My responsibility was to ensure the role out of the factory and to work with the customers locally in order to ensure new orders to the factory.
My responsibility was to streamline the material flow all the way from suppliers to customers, were my organisation consisted of purchasing, logistics, material planning and customer contacts regarding logistical questions. I was also responsible to coordinate the same activities among the company's five other factories in Sweden. The work was carried out in an organization of about 65 people.
The target of this assignment was to build a purchasing organization in Sweden for the global company Collins & Aikman. My mission was to coordinate the sourcing activities in Sweden and thereby ensure future savings through the synergies that were achieved through the total purchasing organization. The organisation should also be integrated with the global purchasing organization.
I was responsible for a specific purchasing project and the goal was, together with other organizations within Lear, to significantly improve the margin through more efficient purchasing.
My responsibility within Electronics Partner was to build up a purchasing organization and to introduce clear purchasing processes that stipulated that each purchase would be exposed to competition. I was also responsible for the Group-wide coordination work on purchasing issues.
My job as a Product Buyer was to introduce a new process in Europe with the target to streamline the purchase activities. The process was based on the fact that all purchases in Europe concerning a specific product area would be carried out by a single person. First out was the product area of safety electronics, which I was responsible for.
My responsibility as a market coordinator was to coordinate and plan the need for cars for each market in the Nordic region, based on the market campaigns that were currently running.
The target for the year in the United States was to improve the English language and to build up an experience of living and living abroad for a long time.
