Manage vendor and Supplier selection process based on price, quality, Support, capacity & reliability. Negotiate payment terms with vendors. Check order details for each project for evaluation the correct buying. Manage Procurement Blockers. Facilitate timely placement of purchase orders. Research Potential vendors for long terms co-operation. BOM Costing review and Project Distribution Co-Ordinate with Buyer for project review on daily Basis. Manage the challenges for IT Buying Work with Suppliers, manufacturers and internal Departments. Direct Procurement process to ensure all item purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints.
