As an IT lead for engagements, programs, and / or projects, my experience includes client relations; identification of milestones and the tasks needed to complete those milestones; project tracking; status reporting; budget tracking and reporting; risk management; mentoring team members; presenting status to Board of Directors, executives, vendors, managers, and team members; conducting deliverable reviews including user acceptance testing (UAT); working with internal and external audit and federal, state, and local government regulators; coordinating schedules across internal teams, with external vendors, internal / external audit teams, and others; lead for transformations including software products, processes and procedures; and data. I often mentor others who want to move into project management or compliance work. I am actively looking for new opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge in Program and Project Management as well as Agile / Scrum / Kanban to ensure the business has the best tools and technologies available to effectively compete. Currently refreshing skills by taking courses and gaining new certifications including Cyber Security and Advanced JIRA. I am available for contract or FTE opportunities.
