I'm leading three groups: * Shopify Inbox: Help merchants effectively communicate directly with their customers in conversations that begin on their online store or other popular messaging channels like Facebook Messenger and Apple Business Chat. * Shipping: Make it easy for merchants to affordably provide fast, convenient delivery experiences anywhere in the world. * Transactions: Take care of the incredible complexity of taxes and duties so merchants can focus on growing their business globally instead of calculating taxes.
