Patty Wickson

Through the course of her 30 year career journey in health care, her expertise has been crafted around leadership, operations and strategic management, organizational change, health care improvement, health care innovation, design thinking, patient experience and psychological well being. Through the course of her life, she experienced significant life challenges through loss that threatened everything she knew and was important to Her. Her marriage, her children, her family, her career and herself. She has been through an eight year life long learning journey of mastering her life. Having completed her Master of Business Administration at a late age and Coaching Practitioner Certification, she knew she needed to apply all the learnings through the workshops, books, retreats, betrayal trauma / grief programs, coaches and psychologists that have shaped who she is today. She wants to pass these gifts on to others through her empowerment and resiliency program so you too can thrive in your life.
