Paul Church

As Board Director, I provide strategic leadership across the business, senior counsel, strategy and quality assurance for our clients across multiple sectors. I served as a Team Leader, building a successful team from scratch, before promotion to manage Team Leaders and join the Group Board. I lead Connect’s work across education, health, public services and tech clients, with a P&L of £2.4 million across my portfolio of teams. I manage communications, public affairs and media relations teams for private, public and third sector clients, such as: AQA, Allergy UK, Google, ISC2, Kellogg’s, Nash Squared, National Day Nurseries Association, Specsavers, The University of the Arts London and APPGs on: Childcare & Early Education and T Levels, and lead on Group MarComms. • Secured commitments, partnerships, and positive change for clients from: Prime Ministers, Chancellors, Secretaries of State, and Shadows. • Achieved strong new business, exceeding ambitious budget targets to build a team which now has the highest P&L in the Group. • Created and implemented a Group-wide MarComms Strategy, to promote and grow the agency.
