• Leading engineers to succeed and hiring A+ Players • Architected and managed development of a sales pre-qualification tool that seamlessly integrates both wireless propagation calculations and statistical analysis of installation data into the sales process using Bootstrap, Javascript, and AngularJS. • Developed the “zero-touch” provisioning and central management system for In-Home WiFi routers utilizing TR-069/CWMP management protocols. • Invented simple to use browser based tools and processes for identifying RF congestion and interference across a 2,500+ tower network. • Manage development of automated systems that use PERL, PHP, Bash, SNMP, cURL, and MySQL database to perform, record, and compare the RF performance and measure RF noise levels throughout a 150,000+ node wireless network. • Design an RF test lab for the evaluation of new and existing wireless networking equipment. • Evaluated LTE technologies and architected LTE network designs.
