The company’s Built-for-Banking technology uses advanced NLP and machine intelligence to enable customers to have natural dialogues over messaging, voice or IoT devices. Managed an offshore team of developers to work with various internal teams including designers, BA, QA, business, product (Triniti - AI), DevOps and platform (Morfeus) teams to meet the project demands.

- Managing fraud control team to carry out daily fraud preventive activities. - Overseeing customer support operation (e.g. Kayako, Zendesk) and co-ordinate with cross functions (finance, development, advertiser sale and publisher operations) to achieve a holistic omni-channel service experience. - Participating in the product's development roadmap decision making process. - Managing company official wiki sites to keep API contents up-to-date with current development cycle. - Managing and conducting training programs for advertiser sale team and publisher account managers on latest trends and new product offering.

- Focus on developing new ecommerce solutions and other payment related products/services to differentiate from competitors. - Execute project plan through working with internal and external partners to ensure new services are implemented, tested and rolled out on time and within approved budget. - Represent StarHub to participate in the IDA Near Field Communication Committee for the roll out of Singapore First TSM. Other members include VISA, MasterCard, DBS, OCBC, UOB, Citibank, M1, SingTel, Gemalto, etc.

eGIRO Project Manager Role - Provide leadership management for a group of 5 to define each member’s roles, responsibilities to achieve project timeline set by steering committee. - Chairing weekly project progress meeting and submit weekly report to Steering Committee on the progress of the project development. Business Development on Mobile Payment Solution Role - Prepare business plan and present to board on latest M-Commerce trends like NFC, 2 factors authentications, etc. - Responsible for the design of the new secure mobile payment solution that adheres to the banks’ security requirements. - In-charge of gathering requirements, development and implementation time line for the proposed solution including payment gateway, mobile application, SMS 2-way messaging gateway, loyalty program, digital wallet, 2D bar code generation etc.

- Provide technical pre-sale consultation and development on company range of internet eBanking solutions and smart chip cards which are certified under MasterCard, VISA & also Amex International. - Work closely with VISA, Master & Amex International within each country to map out the technical requirements and customize our solutions in order to deliver accordingly based on customer pre-defined timeline. - Design and perform key management system for use in smart card project and online ebanking security system. - Provides Pre and Post Sale support on cards and solution systems related to Financial Services and ID market sectors in South Asia Pacific region. - Provide guidance and resolving issues related to various international cryptographic standard like DES, 3DES, AES, MD5, SHA, PKI digital certificates, OATH, smart card mapping, SSL certifications etc. Provide solution system consultation and technical support for Gemalto Protiva 2 Factors Smart Card or Token Authentication Server (http://www.protiva.axalto.com/products.html) for use in document encryption, digital signatures and mutual token authentication. Some of the coverage includes software installation, interface and management of various components like LDAP, MySQL, Active Directory, Protiva Authentication and Customer Care Server and Self-Service User Care Portal and Protiva browser plug-in etc
