IWP provides national support services to independent financial advisory and wealth planning firms across the UK. IWP was created to invest in IFAs, acquiring either all the equity or a major stake. We grow them, by providing infrastructure, data and support services, achieving organic growth, and also growing them through further acquisitions. We merge local firms together to create a regional scale, and in doing that we work on the assumption that the staff and offices we acquire are all valuable. IWP is built from the bottom up, giving owners the ability to build up their business, coming together with others to be the best-regarded IFA firm in their region. As and when they choose to retire, we are here to ensure a smooth succession and the long-term continuity of their businesses. • We unite to better serve our clients • We invest in our people • We support local IFA's independence In my role as CIO, I own the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Strategy and Outcomes within IWP, delivering our digital transformation journey, focusing on a proactive approach to modernising our technology, prioritising customer experience, delivering business growth and operational efficiencies, and staying ahead of the curve in an ever-changing landscape. Within this DDaT strategy, we will better serve our clients by leveraging the latest technology to support our staff, automate processes, increase transparency, and improve communication. Our clients will have access to a wealth of information and resources at their fingertips, enabling them to make informed decisions about their financial future.
