These business lines are service, refrigeration, controls, security, engineered product sales & residential products. The region had a turnover of circa $300m. I had full balance sheet and profit & loss responsibility. Regional Executive Director; Aftermarket, Middle East. June 07 until July 11 Manage a business unit which includes, service, parts, chiller rental, facility management and renewable energy solutions. I am accountable for the divisions operations in full; safety, marketing, balance sheet, Profit & Loss and growth strategies. My territory of responsibility covers nineteen (19) countries throughout the Middle East region. The business unit has a turnover of circa $150m, with over 1600 technicians, Country Manager, Unitary Products, United Arab Emirates. May ‘04 until June ‘07 I had Profit & Loss and working Capital responsibility for the residential and light commercial market for the UAE. We adopted a multi distribution network and became the market leader which resulted in us tripling the business. Prior to moving to Dubai, I held various sales management & regional management positions for Carrier Air Conditioning (4yrs) & Daikin Air Conditioning (3yrs) in the United Kingdom.
