As Director of Vegware Australia, I lead national strategy, operations and commercial development for a long-established provider of plant-based, commercially compostable food-service packaging. My remit spans organisational leadership, market positioning, supply-chain oversight and senior client engagement across venue, catering and corporate food-service sectors. I manage the full operational and strategic framework of the Australian business, ensuring consistent national supply, financial stability and alignment with the sustainability priorities of corporate and institutional partners. Over more than 13 years, I have developed a resilient distribution and logistics structure capable of delivering reliably through peak demand, urgent operational requirements and broader industry disruptions. My role includes supporting major venues and hospitality operators—via their catering and service partners—with tailored product portfolios and specialised compostable solutions, including custom SKUs designed for high-volume or unique service environments. I collaborate with procurement and operations teams to strengthen continuity, reduce risk and support transitions toward more sustainable packaging aligned with circular-economy principles. I have introduced new compostable product lines tailored to Australian market needs and led branding and market-development initiatives that enhance product communication and customer engagement. I direct national warehousing, import logistics and urgent delivery coordination, supported by structured credit controls and supply-risk management processes.
