Part of the team that runs a very busy, independant Dry Stack boatyard. Working under time pressure and delivering excellent customer service. Able to run all aspects of the yard from sales and marketing to forklift operation for boat launching and lifting. Maintenance of the yard and forklift is also frequently undertaken.
Running of a 64 acre commercial estate attached to Ocean Village Marina in the centre of Southampton. The estate included both commercial and residential section and a large amount of car parking. Responsibilities included security, maintenance, car park management, budget planning, contractor organisation, team management, etc. I was also site health and safety officer and was frequntly sent out to help inspect other marinas within the company.
