• Prepare, issue, and maintain Purchase Requisitions/Orders and Acknowledgements • Sole owner of Purchasing Card (P-Card). Responsible for the purchasing and reporting of all expenses made on this card. • Responsible for the creating and maintaining of new service parts in Enovia system. • Manage all concur invoices for purchase orders. Work with Accounts Payable to correct invoicing issues and make sure that purchase orders match invoices as well as determining which purchase orders to use. • Main discrepancy auditor for Knoxville warehouse wall to wall cycle count audit. • Created all buyer work instructions to be used by purchasing department. This includes creating purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, managing P-Card purchases, vendor onboarding, Enovia part creation, and end of quarter PO close outs. • Perform data analysis to ensure optimal material and finished goods availability to support global service needs, identifies and resolves RMA constraints • Lead purchasing activities for North America R&D engineering team, including sourcing material when applicable • Manage new supplier on-boarding process for all new supplier requests globally • Manage the expediting of materials and supplier documentation • Ensure quality & compliance requirements are met throughout the procurement process and supports department continuous improvement

• Took over all responsibility for cross docked shipments and all alternative routing. Included driving tighter logistics alignment with supply and demand planning teams, vetting new mode selection processes for shipments, and leading the development on new shipping capabilities. • Successfully planned, implemented, managed, and tracked 37 successful cross docked shipments valuing at $16.3 million in FY2020. • Took full responsibility in driving the first ever direct to customer shipments for Elo Touch. This included vetting pricing for new ports of entry, heading the collaboration between logistics, customer service, channel managers, supply and demand teams, and customers. • Helped facilitate 2020 internal audit of Elo Touch. This resulted in zero nonconformities for FY2020. • Lead the SAP cross dock improvement project. This involved collaboration between multiple teams to vet out a new process to perform cross docks in SAP. This resulted in less manual touches as well as not temporarily losing coverage visibility anymore on orders being cross docked. • Created Global Control Tower Standard Work to be used by future employees. • One of two trainers for all new logistics and warehouse employees. This includes daily cadences, work instructions, and all SAP functions. • Active participant in building of new Elo site in Knoxville, TN. o In charge of inbound deployment changes. This included shifting transportation routes from west to east coast, converting all SAP STO’s, sales orders, part numbers, and deliveries to new site locations. o Decision maker for racking and forklift providers for new facility. Included meeting with and vetting all options and deciding on best for Elo. o Created logistics playbook to be used by new employees at new site. o Assisted in creating new RMA process for Knoxville receiving and service departments. Trained warehouse associates and service department members on this process.

•Responsible for the successful planning and execution of 43K loads annually and a spend of $40M. •Used business knowledge and problem-solving to identify problem lanes and determine the best solution to them. Solutions include: changing carriers to lower cost, changing carriers to increase service, and changing ship method to decrease cost. •Implemented 7 FORCE ideas for 2019 to result in savings of ~$140k on transportation spend as well as ~500 hours. •Conducted training of 2019 Fall CO-OP for Personal Care Tactical Planning role. •Worked with shipping sites to establish trailer management pools as well as plan out labor hours accordingly with shipments. •Working outside of expected grade level by providing coverage on all CTT planning and execution roles.

•Responsible for day to day management of customer accounts and growing such accounts by developing relationships to increase volume and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer service support. •Analyze data and market trends daily to determine long-term and short-term goals for each account in terms of pricing, load count, and revenue goals. •Coordinate face to face customer meetings to discuss forecasting, account growth, and pricing. •Conducted training of new hires on the processes of managing certain customer accounts. •Participated in monthly, semi-annual, and annual bids on freight for a multitude of customers. •Set and confirm pickup and delivery appointments for customer product, as well as extreme multi- tasking and handling of high-volume in-bound and out-bound emails and telephone calls as necessary in a timely and accurate manner.
