• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. • Devise and review specifications for products or processes. • Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements. • Approve the right products or reject defectives. • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. • Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met. • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives. • Establish a procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing, and filing the controlled documents. • Ensure the information and management control system is implemented in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. • Ensure the Project Team members are provided with adequate training and support to enable them to successfully use the procedure and systems in use by the Program. • Manage and supervise Document Control Center personnel.

• Plans Audit Engagements. • Prepares and executes Audit Program Guides. • Transcripts of minutes of meetings. • Coordinates and collaborates with business process owners. • Follow through audit recommendations. • Provides input, particularly in risk and controls identification as part of the cross-functional team for certain projects. • Flowcharts Engineering Processes to identify possible gaps or improvements.

• Provides Planning for Annual Budget of Production equipment. • Prepares Preventive and Predictive maintenance program for Production equipment. • Burn-In Ovens (EJ Watchman Burn-In Oven, Blue-M Burn-In Oven) • Temp Cycle (Thermotron Ovens) • Reflow (Heller) • Burn-In Boards and Driver Cards (EJ Boards) • Thermal Shock • Open/Short Handlers (Tesec 7X6 Series Handlers, WTS OS Handlers) • Provides Technical Training and Refresher to line sustaining Technicians and Operators. • Champion’s Eight Disciplines (8D) Problem solving report. • Prepares and document work procedures and Out-of-Control Action Plan (OCAP). • Prepares Executive Summary and Quality of Service Report. • Manages line sustaining technician’s daily activities and attendance. • Organize Projects to improve the lifespan, cost, and efficiency of the equipments. • Manages Department level Equipment Spare parts, Calibrated Instruments, Process Tools, and Maintenance Tools.

• Provide maintenance support to production equipment's such as: o Burn-In Ovens. (EJ Watchman Burn-In Oven, Blue-M Burn-In Oven) o Controller Cards. o Burn-In Boards. o OS Test Handlers. (Tesec 7X6 Series Handlers, WTS OS Handlers) • Performs Preventive, Daily and Weekly Maintenance. • Provides technical assistance to maintenance engineer.
