As part of the ENSURE (Social Policies, H&S and Data Protection department) in Madrid I’m responsible of the following activities: • As SPIR (Social Policies and Industrial Relations) focal point I advise on labour relations matters to secure partnering with the unions and solving conflicts in the Plants: preparation of the trials, management of the inspections of the Labour Authorities and implementation of the SPIR corporate projects and processes. • Employment Commission: Coordinate the flow of information with the Competence and Workforce Planning manager to secure the accuracy of data. Implement in collaboration with the local Resources and Operations Department the Hiring and Employment Bag for White and Blue Collars. • Travel Commission: Design and secure the agreement of the management of the Travel Policy update in development of the Collective Agreement. Support the Leader of the Travel Commission in the negotiation and implementation of the Travel Policy updates. Act as focal point for the transnational travel network to secure the national implementation of the modifications of the Global Travel Policy securing the alignment of the trade unions. • Environment Commission: Support the business leader in the negotiation with the Unions to achieve the environmental objectives and commitments stated in the Collective Agreement. • HR Data Analytics & Digitalisation. Designing HR Analytics tools in Phyton: One to manage workload/workforce adaptation and flexibility measures and one other to secure the control of temporary contracts’ duration to comply with Spanish legal regulation. • ENSURE Transformation Team. Representing Spain of the transnational team.

Supporting 700 employees and leading a three employee team located in Spain (Getafe, Illescas and Puerto Real) and Germany (Hamburg and Stade) I am responsible for granting HR support in processes such us: • Review and follow up of the headcount to ensure an accurate balance of workload and staff. Support the elaboration of an accurate staffing plan and secure its implementation by the follow up of the recruitment as well as by the monitoring of the rotation in the functions. • Provide support to the management teams in Spain in the execution of the performance management process ensuring the correct identification of the talent in the company and communicating on the different initiatives the company has (career paths, development programmes...). Guarantee the preservation of the knowledge by the identification of the training, development and knowledge transfer needs in the different functions. • Support the compensation and benefits related processes ensuring its adherence to the local regulation and corporate rules whilst equity and differentiation is maintained. • Coordinating all the administrative tasks in the hiring process and perform the actions needed to welcome the newcomer to the Organization. • Collaborate in the increase of the levels of engagement of the employee by providing support to the managers and the different teams with the analysis of the annual survey results, communication and elaboration of action plans. • Ensure that HR related questions and concerns coming from the management and the employee are addressed. • Reporting to the transnational HOs HRBP for the different functions based in France as well as the Board of Directors in Spain.

Reporting to the transnational HRBPs for Manufacturing Engineering and Customer Services located in Toulouse, act as local HR focal point advising managers and employees to secure an efficient implementation of the HR Processes

Reporting to the local HO Engineering and support functions HRBP acting as local HR focal point. Since September 2010 and for a period of one year, I had the opportunity to act as the HO Engineering HRBP interacting directly with the managers and the transnational network during her maternity leave.

• Supporting Commercial Department in all HR issues. • Ensuring compliance with national and local employment regulations. • Proposing, drafting and executing internal labour relations procedures: collective schemes, sanctioning, vacations, absenteeism, etc. • Leading communications with the different trade unions. • Represent the company and support all the activities regarding Labour Administration among the in-house legal lawyer. • Planning with the area supervisor the necessary personnel resources to maintain service levels in shops and assessing needs and hiring as the case may be. • Coordinating HR administrative tasks in relation to contracts, payroll, social insurances, etc. • Increasing employee motivation and spreading the core values of the company using tools such as salary policy, performance reviews, annual team climate survey.

• Identifying training needs in the different teams. Devising and implementing training plans. Compiling and/or elaborating the materials, coordinating groups and delivering training. Collaborating with the Team Managers on the year-end performance review. • Performing quality checks on procedures to meet the quality standards and providing feedback to the Teams. • Assisting the Team Managers in recruiting processes. Determination of the core competencies based on the corporate competencies. Dealing with recruitment agencies. Evaluation of candidates. • Responsible for the creation and communication of action plans and related activities to improve quality and climate in Risk division. Analysis of customer and employee satisfaction surveys results. Updating leaders and managers on achievements/issues. • Communicating key initiatives to team. • Launching Amex Ops magazine in Operations division (over 300 employees) and coordinating the 10 members team in the magazine.

•Handling incoming calls from Corporate and Consumer Credit and New Accounts. •Accountable for risk evaluations and decision-making on Corporate and Consumer accounts across the Spanish market. •Daily managing and updating of payments from debtors collaborating with cashier department. •Responsible for devising, implementing and rolling out to the department a new database for missing payments.
