One World Properties, started in 2008, was formed with the goal to create a new kind of brokerage with honesty, drive and enthusiasm that would deliver fresh and innovative ideas during the time of the failed real estate market. To do this we have successfully partnered with buyers, sellers, developers, investors and financial institutions in the brokerage of luxury residences; and the planning, design, marketing and brokerage of new development product. In our projects we lead the sales strategy development, sales and marketing budget development, creative materials, advertising campaign, signage, presentation materials, sales staffing, training, event planning, customer relationship management and sales supervision.
