Led engineering and design teams to develop boardwalks, interpretive features, and signage for Westchester Lagoon, Ship Creek, and Tanana River Bridge. • Designed, authored, and published 150+ page comprehensive Master Interpretive Plans for Potter Marsh, the Wickersham State Historic Site, the Kodiak and Aleutians Segment of the Alaska Marine Highway, and the George Parks Highway Scenic Byway Partnership Plan. Facilitated public meetings to gather public input on projects. • Researched and prepared NEPA documents and led team of environmental specialists preparing technical reports that were integrated into project deliverables. Conducted environmental research, evaluated potential impact of projects, and devised mitigating measure.
