Perminus has over ten years working experience as a HR professional having worked in various capacities as a HR Manager and a HR Consultant. In the last six years that I have been a practicing consultant, I’ve been involved in various Public Sector and Private sector assignments from recruitment to organizational reviews which have further developed my Project Management skills and HR management competencies. I posses in-depth experience in carrying out Job analysis and Job Evaluations, developing performance management systems, reviewing organization structures and in developing HR policy and procedure manuals. In addition I am good at carrying out recruitment and selection and is well trained and versed with various psychometric assessment tools. I am currently enrolled for training to be a Certified Executive Leadership Coach and Certified Professional Career Coach.
