I founded PH Insurance Recruitment in 2012 with the aim of providing a professional, knowledgeable and personal recruitment service to both clients and candidates in the (re)insurance sector. The business today delivers genuinely bespoke, end-to-end senior executive appointments, coupled with employment advisory services to some of the biggest names and top talent in the business. Personally, I head the executive search and selection function of the business. I lead a team that concentrates on senior UK and London market moves, including teams. I work alongside our Employment Law and HR advisors, who deliver valuable insight to the recruitment process. Together, we provide senior market figures with sound advice on career moves, from post termination restrictive covenants, to new contracts of employment.
