The Eth Word films ‘unbusiness-like’ conversations about values, purpose and leadership. We invite leaders to talk about personal values, how much of themselves they bring to the workplace, and how this shapes organisational culture and behaviour. By creating and sharing films with businesses and business schools, The Eth Word provides space to explore and exchange new ways of thinking about the role organisations play in society, and to nurture the next generation of values-driven leaders. Our guiding belief is that it’s the things that make us human that can make business better.

Shedlight began with the idea of using film to create stories that could enlighten, explain, inspire and teach. Shedlight Productions produces films that lead to positive social change. Each film we make achieves different types of goals, inspiring supporters, explaining missions and communicating vision. We are part of the not-for-profit sector and we are committed to fairness, equality and social justice. Shedlight believe it is also important to share our know-how, so we offer courses in how to tell your own story through films, and turn your own work into well-crafted productions.
