My 100% successful business turn around of this shrimp production operation resulted in natural seafood aquaculture grown on the doorstep of local consumer markets with vannamei species, the tastiest of the Pacific white legged prawn/shrimp family. I changed this business dynamic by laying down solid SOP's (operating procedures) and fiduciary governance to be a modern ESG sustainability engaged specialty aquaculture group, focused on growing shrimp production in closed contained recirculated aquaculture systems on land. In 2022 I began the strategy, design and technology partnerships to build the biggest closed contained indoor bio secure prawn/shrimp production system in the USA during 2024/5 to produce 5 000 metric tons a year. 11 000 000 lbs (pounds) of shrimp per year. Simulating the natural conditions that allow shrimp to grow in the wild, I create a symbiotic environment, grown in a land based closed system, using AI and modern technology which recycles all of our water, and gives the shrimp optimal perfect welfare conditions which allow a natural controlled production cycle to grow our shrimp. I look after our production cycle 24/7/365 with attention to detail. There are no chemicals, hormones, vaccines or microplastics in our system and we produce and supply fresh superior healthy 100% traceable shrimp, grown from egg to plate for all of our customers. At the same time I create new jobs, grow new skill sets and engage with our communities and contribute to local fiscus and that we are upholding best practices in food safety, environmental responsibility, social accountability, animal health and welfare.
