The UAE-based consulting firm has assisted its clients over the last 6 years across a range of transactions from private office establishments to complex project management and execution. Specific experience includes, private equity structuring and acquisitions, cryptocurrency and crypto mining advisory, family office establishment, due diligence, contract negotiations, reverse take-over of a publicly listed company, various funding transactions for acquisitions/divestments (including real estate) and governance structuring. Recent achievements include: ★ Served as Interim CEO for European tech start-up (POLAR HPC SOLUTIONS LIMITED) focused on development of a ground-breaking new codec technology for the video streaming market. ★ Supported the listing process for the inaugural initial exchange offer (IEO) of a vertical take-off and landing autonomous aerial vehicle manufacturer (VIMANA.GLOBAL) that uses blockchain technology for inter-vehicle communication and developing strategy for entry into Middle Eastern markets. ★ Served as transitional non-executive Director on the Board of Directors for a publicly listed company transitioning from venture capital conventional mining/natural resources company to a crypto-mining ASIC chip and rig manufacturer. Assisted the company through a significant capital raise and provided counsel on a corporate take-over to expel the company's former management team and board. Led negotiations on various third-party terminations and new service agreements.
