Touch Points: Contracting on behalf of the Government for US AF/M/N/A and DoD B-1 B-1B B-2 B-52 E-6B EA-18G F-15 F-16 F-18 F/A-18 F-22 F-35 F-35HMDU T-38 T-45 U2 BU2 Viper and MH-65. • Represent the organization as a primary contact on contracts or projects. Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination between organizations. • Lead preparation and execution of procurements in support of US Government contracts in accordance with IAW, FAR, DFAR and corporate policy in partnership with internal compliance focal. • Maintain 100% performance in US Government documentation as measured by internal and external audit requirements. • Manage a complex variety of materials, supplies and services both internally and externally for Collins Military GPS TSA BAE Systems and/or the DoD based on US Government contract direction. • Application of advanced FAR DFAR procurement concepts and principles while preparing, assisting and evaluating bids, selection and recommendation of suppliers, contract and price negotiation, purchase award, with delivered goods and/or services. • Exert influence on objectives and long-range goals of the organization. • Resolve problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. • Network with internal and external personnel to achieve optimal solutions, targets and goals. • Conduct supplier site visits to rate production capability, performance and delivery. • Confer with suppliers, analyze their operations, total cost of ownership with quality, reliability, and ability to meet schedules.
