We have some of the best job titles at Microsoft, and they do very little to describe the amazing work we do or what the role does. As a Technical Delivery Manager my responsibility is to keep the wheels of the UK "Premier Support for Developer" domain turning. Leading a team of 30 talented and empowering subject matter experts, across a variety of customer engagements and challenges.
As an ADM I am responsible for driving and delivering software development change to some of our largest commercial customers; to be seen as a Microsoft Trusted Advisor. Within the Premier Support for Developers (PSfD) team the ADM role is to empower and enable Microsoft’s customers to improve their development processes, delivering value and impact from the ground up. As a Principal ADM my responsibilities also feed back into the team, to advise, to lead and to help deliver and manage change and improvement, to empower the team to do more, to be seen to lead the team from the front alongside the Technical Delivery Manager. We are driven to help our customers as one team, to drive best practice, to make the right technology and process decisions, working alongside and together with all areas of the Microsoft business to deliver what is best for the customer, their development teams, and their customers, every time.
