At Goshen College, I teach upper level management and marketing courses, supervise internships and worked with the broader business community locally. I also teach Sustainability Management courses for undergraduates and MBA students.
I am directing the adult and graduate programs at Goshen College. We currently have 10 different programs geared to adult students in a variety of areas, from Nursing to Business to Social Work and Environmental Education.
I was on the faculty at Bethel teaching Economics and Business courses and advising business students. During the Fall semester 2012, I taught the first Sustainable Business course offering at Bethel.
I am working with Digitec's marketing and sales efforts. Digitec has created the WaveRoute line of cellular and radio transmitters for machine to machine communications. WaveRoute Enterprise is software to actively manage the data and alert users of condition changes that need interventions.
As Regional VP my role was to assist our agents with marketing and sales. The region covered the western half of the US. Sales increased each year across broad insurance and financial services products.

Janzen Computer grew from a retail shop to a integrated technology company doing network consulting, installation and maintenance. Janzen also did custom software. It was purchased by IKON.
Provided software for quality control in manufacturing. Just out of college I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work in sales, marketing and product management. The mix of learning during these years created a powerful foundation.
