The Bet Zera production site is a stand-alone site with more than 180 employees in the following departments: • Engineering • Plastic Injection • Machining • Assembly • Quality • Planning • Warehousing • Shipping The site produces 4,000 complex water filtration systems and 150,000 simple filters per year. Our success is based on how well the teams are organized and motivated as well as maximizing the economic efficiency.
