• Responsible for leading and managing the 70+ regional headcounts consisting of Cloud Infrastructure leads, product managers, project managers, solution architects, engineers, and subject matter experts who govern the architecture, innovate, automate, design, implement, host, manage and enhance all IT Infrastructure and related services for the group. • Responsible for ensuring stability, resiliency, and appropriate redundancy to AirAsia’s business users and applications, collaborative productivity tools, reservation system, cloud data centers and all its external hosting facilities, infrastructure at all outstation airports, office locations, and engineering facilities. • Responsible for addressing business needs; developing and delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions and tools incorporating emerging and innovative technologies to solve business problems including predicting future technology trends that give a business an advantage over others. • Responsible for interfacing and bridging business, users and customer needs with solutions used in Airasia Group to support effective working relationships. Additionally being agile in responding to emerging trends, changes, and business challenges. • Developed and implemented a comprehensive ICT Infrastructure strategy and roadmap blueprint which includes; CI/CD Pipelines, Strategic Procurement, Architecture Standardization, Multi-cloud Business Continuity strategy, Revisit Tier 0, 1, 2 application resiliency, Legacy Application Modernization, Reduce Licensing cost through consolidation and re-platforming, Network resiliency & consolidation with SD-WAN. • Operational Focus with merging of shadow IT with regard to infrastructure and Support, Self-service Portal for all ICT Infrastructure Services Catalogue. • Lead and develop programme funding proposals, board Approval, and operating plans to achieve savings, uninterrupted delivery of services and demands of the business.
