Managed the annual importation of 8 - 12 million wireless devices under freight spend of $36M while processing a yearly average of 200-to 300-ocean freight FEUs and 2,000 to 2,500 customs entries. Capitalized on expert knowledge of TMS systems, working closely with FTL and LTL transportation providers for more efficient domestic distribution. Knowledge of the output for each factory on every given month allowed us to makes decisions on the mode of freight chosen, always aiming for “FULL” containers that can be optimized to save us money.
