Cultivating relationships with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics & Certification department of the company for execution of Sugar Sales & Marketing activity of the Company with aim to maximize efficiency & achieve desired sales target Spot potential business opportunities from various sectors & prospective clients to develop new accounts, set up business operations thereby ensuring seamless marketing activities. Responsible for managing overseas distribution operation of various Organic Agri commodities from various third party warehouses in Europe, UAE & USA. Formulate & implement market specific promotional activities in Europe, UAE, Korea, USA, & other potential countries for business devt. & creating supply chain infrastructure. Monitoring activities pertaining to commodity trading for Spices, Nuts & Oil Seeds as well as the feed ingredients Designing & implementing SOP to ensure implementation of Quality Standards, Traceability, Warehousing & proper execution of Contract in regards to international standards. Significant Highlights: - New Product Development: Sugar, Cashew, Jaggery, Cocoa, Coconut products & Ready-to-Eat. - Efficient network with Shipping lines, C&F Agents, Customs, Excise, Certification Agencies, DGFT & Overseas warehousing - Developed new organic projects in India & Africa - Spearhead setting new operations for company in EU, UAE & USA for overseas distribution of Products. - Improved bottom line of organic business by reducing logistics cost & procurement cost on YoY basis.

Responsible for completing entire Import Clearance of all the group companies for Garment, Chemical & EOU units and obtaining Government incentives such as Drawback & MDA. Led the efforts to obtaining Import License - Advance License, EPCG, DEPB from DGFT and Annual Import Authorization from AEPC for import of Accessories Assisted the entire gamut of completing all prescribed formalities pertaining to foreign trade of the Group Companies which includes liaison with DGFT, Customs, Central Excise, BMC, Banks, EPC, STPI & other Govt. agencies Designed, implemented and streamlined Export planning, Export documentation and completing all the export obligation pertaining to Import license benefits availed by all the group companies. Significant Highlights: - Saved cost to company by effectively availing MDA benefits given by MOC for Overseas Travel for Business Promotion. - Contributed towards setting modern garment factory set-up by importing garment manufacturing machineries on zero import duty within given time line and within budgeted costs. - Set up EOU for Software Export under STPI
