I currently co-head the Real Estate practice at ICICI Venture. ICICI Venture has raised Rs 3200 cr across three real estate funds focused on equity and structured debt investments. At ICICI Venture, I have led the investments and exits of series 2 structured debt fund besides leading the exits of series 1 equity fund. We are currently investing out of our third real estate fund called iREIF ( India Real Estate Investment Fund ). iREIF is $150 Mn structured debt fund focused on Affordable housing in India. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, I was instrumental in the establishment and scale-up of ICICI Home Finance Co Ltd (a subsidiary of ICICI Bank ) which became a key player in the Affordable housing business in 300+ cities across India. Managed AUM of Rs 8000 cr and incremental housing finance business of Rs 200 cr per month Prior to this, I led the retail mortgages and real estate transaction & advisory business of ICICI Bank. I was member of the core team that started the mortgage business of ICICI Bank and also led this business in various geographies across the country.
