 Advising new businesses on formation of corporations and business structures, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial transactions for Madhumitha Software Services  Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development for Geostat Technologies, IQAG, MindQ Systems and Team Best.  Visiting Faculty at ESCI (Engineering Staff College of India) for management studies and skill development initiatives. Active role in constituting the National Skill Development Cell at ESCI.  Instrumental in setting up of TSSC (Telecom Sector Skill Council) Facilitation Center in Hyderabad  Conducted the baseline survey through field visits in North Eastern States of India for Lorven Infra to identify mining and trading opportunities in coal, timber and agro products.  Geostat Technologies and Apollo MedSkills Limited: Signed MoU with Apollo Group for upskilling their existing manpower and staff from other hospitals, Skilling unemployed youth using NSDC STAR funds. Training 6,000 personnel for BVG-MEMS project in Pune.  STG Medical Care GPO: Training staff of 1800 (25 bedded Hospitals in Andhra Pradesh). Signed MoU with APNA –Andhra Pradesh Private Hospitals and Nursing Homes Association.  Boond International: Conducted training's for bottom of the pyramid in safe water and sanitation methods. WHO sponsored program.
