Assisted and provided technical support to the District administration to formulate, execute and monitor the government flagship programme for adolescents. Provided feedback to the administration through analyzing progress report, identifying challenges and proposed remedial strategies. Supported district administration to identify bottlenecks in the existing programme and oriented different stakeholders on effective implementation strategy. Acted as a bridge between the district administration and the non-government organization and UNICEF. Took initiative to develop alternative virtual programme tool through prolonged advocacy with the district administration in the context of pandemic. Successfully aligned the project progress with the financial utilization of the approved budget of the district. Took initiative in networking and advocacy with the various district government cells (ICDS, Protection, Health and Education) to mobilize their attention towards adolescent empowerment. Developed concept notes on adolescent empowerment and child protection issues and advocated with the district administration to approve the concept for the pilot initiative. Prepared various documents to inform the district administration in order to formulate their policies for adolescent. Identified training requirements from the district and mobilized fund from the government and from the UNICEF to organize different training programmes for government stakeholders (Child protection functionaries, teachers, ICDS functionaries etc.) Facilitated a range of training on child protection and adolescent empowerment, monitoring and data collection to the government and non-government stakeholders. Effectively maintained and managed MIS of the district administration for adolescent empowerment programme. Documented the process, challenges, good pratices and learning from the field and shared with the district administration, UNICEF and CRY
