• Provide and report transaction analysis to Corporate Real Estate Management • Provide and report divisional projects and ad hoc request • Develop processes and procedures and related documentation to support ongoing efforts to reduce operating costs and improve overall internal control • Research, Process Improvements ex: Created CRE SharePoint site, Created Corporate Real Estate Finance group PTO calendar in Office365 • Manage the Corporate Real Estate Accounts Payable functions such as Code Corporate Real Estate invoices from vendors with respective cost center and account code. • Prepare purchase orders in Oracle Financial System and distribute purchase documents to Corporate Real Estate groups and/or Suppliers • Review and verify the Scope of Work for a goods and/or services against invoices and rate sheets to ensure accurate billing • Oversee the financial reconciliation of Corporate Real Estate Project / Work-stream Financial Tracking Reporting in CREWS/ FM Interact system • Identify potential opportunities for improvement in the accounting, vendor management, and finance areas and design/plan and implement new strategies.
