PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS: •Taxation Consultancy for various Corporate & Non Corporate Bodies including Tax Planning, Tax Computation and filing of Return of Income, TDS, Professional tax, Service tax, VAT & GST solutions etc. .Liaising of Govt & Non Govt project. •Preparing profitability statements, project reports & CMA Data reports to monitor movement of key business indicators and facilitate decision making process. • Liaising with bank for project loans of clients. •Implementation & Maintenance of Books of Accounts including various Statutory Books for various Corporate & Non Corporate Bodies In accordance with the Provisions of Income Tax, Excise, Sales Tax, Service Tax and various Corporate Laws etc •Income Tax Assessments up to CIT (Appeals) level. • Extensive work experience in MIS for management, financial analysis of the Company, monthly profitability statement, the finalization of accounts and Bank matters. • actively involved in its implementation, Tally 9 (ERP), MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Intra-net and Internet Operations. • A strong team leader/ player, training, guiding & motivating teams of professionals towards maximum productivity with exceptional consensus building, negotiation and interpersonal skills, analytical mind and comprehensive problem detection/ solving abilities
