Rachel Delphin's past jobs
I lead Twitch's marketing team, PR, social, growth & media, integrated marketing, creative & brand. We're hiring: https://www.twitch.tv/jobs/careers/marketing/
I oversee PR, internal communications, social media, community, creator, and influencer marketing.
Responsible for the full spectrum of communications work from strategy to execution: managing all news & announcements, profiles, campaigns, plus rapid responses and crisis management. All while building a team and supporting our worldwide network of agencies.
I led the team that told the stories about the consumer and developer features & products Twitter built and bought, the work that went into them and the people responsible. We focused primarily on Twitter owned and operated apps, Twitter iOS/Android, Twitter.com, Tweetdeck, and Periscope as well as product partnerships and integrations. At times that meant reactive and crisis communication work, and M&A news in addition to the core work of informing and educating users about new features and updates.
Oversaw all media and external communication efforts for WIRED, Wired.com and sister site Ars Technica; including highlighting the stories and how they're made, the people who make them and the business and brand that support it all.
Managed public relations activities for luxury lifestyle clients with a concentration in travel and culinary. Work included the grand reopening of The Fontainebleau Miami Beach and The Plaza Hotel in New York City, the opening of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, A Voce restaurants and illy caffe, among others.
Acted as event planner, production assistant, and publicist for members-only organization that showcases emerging talent in music, arts, fashion and entertainment.
