Sfyrical (now called Green Doors) is a property management platform that allows small/mid-sized landlords or PMs to manage all aspects of the PM value chain (e.g., lease intake, marketing, reporting, maintenance) for their property. I was one of the co-founders of the company and was primarily responsible for setting up the organization. I conducted an industry analysis including competitor and market analysis, conducted customer interviews, collaborated on product / platform vision, prioritized the product backlog, and worked with the development team to implement the product. During the pilot, the company secured several tenants, and is in conversation with mid-sized property management companies, while continuing to develop the platform and its features.
As a Sr. Associate, Radhika worked on several large-scale business and technology transformation projects as a Product Manager. As part of the Product Development Lifecycle, she was in-charge of the identifying requirements based on user inputs and data, developing functional and solution design documentation, and collaborating with the technical teams to implement the features.
