Actively involved in the development of the hotel since Nov 2022 until soft opening Sep 2025. Appointed as a Board and Executive Committee Member to guide the project’s direction and oversee its progress. • Oversaw strategic decisions as part of the Board and Executive Committee. • Worked closely with key stakeholders to manage the hotel’s development and delivery. • Helped align the project’s vision with investment goals and operational readiness. Burj Al Madinah company is Joint Venture between Awqaf Investment and Taiba Investment for the development of “5 Star Hotel with almost of 400 keys” in the central area of Madinah.

• Led real estate investments across Makkah and Madinah, from opportunity sourcing to execution. • Prepared and reviewed investment recommendations for the Investment Committee and Board. • Oversaw budgeting, valuation, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. • Managed feasibility studies, financial models, and project cash flows. • Directed due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation of legal agreements. • Supervised design and construction to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Guided the team to achieve strategic and operational targets. • Ensured compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

The interactions have been with the directors of Arden Group and Arden Logistic Parks as well as attending Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center fall meeting at the University of Pennsylvania. 16+ property tours with different uses across the United States in Philadelphia, New York and Dallas. The program also included working on the underwriting of two deals (a live Multifamily deal and an Industrial deal) then I presented my underwriting findings on both deals to Arden Executives.

As an Analyst, I carried out comprehensive top-down research coverage on Saudi-listed companies, analyzing economic and company fundamentals. I developed and maintained valuation models, and prepared and reviewed investment recommendations on a continuous basis. Additionally, I assisted the fund manager with administrative duties and stayed up to date on the Saudi economy, financial news, and market developments.

Worked within the SABB Corporate Banking Department as part of the SABB COOP Training Program.
